One accountable partner from problem to production.
We start with the business bottleneck, define the metric that matters, and build only after the scope is clear. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.
Six steps, start to finish.
Pipeline diagnostic
In 15–20 minutes, we map the path from lead source to follow-up and look for the first meaningful leak: slow response, missing data, weak routing, inconsistent outreach, or poor visibility. If there is no useful automation opportunity, we will say so.
Scope
We turn the diagnosis into a written plan: what we're fixing, a target metric to prove it worked — today's baseline and where it should be in 60 days — and a fixed price attached to that scope, not a rough estimate that grows later.
Estimate
The scope goes to our engineering team for a real, itemized estimate before we quote you — never a padded number pulled from a rate card.
Build
Development happens against the agreed scope, with regular check-ins so you're never waiting weeks to see progress.
Launch
We ship into your live environment, confirm everything works the way it was scoped, and hand over anything you need to operate it.
Support
Before launch, we define an ongoing maintenance or optimization option when the system needs it. Support is scoped separately so responsibilities, response expectations, and recurring cost are clear.
One point of contact. An experienced team behind it.
You work with one person for diagnosis, scoping, communication, and accountability. Engineering delivery is supported by a team we have worked with directly, including offshore resources where appropriate. The delivery structure is designed around clear ownership and efficient execution — not around selling developer hours.
What people usually ask before starting.
Who actually owns the code once it's built?
You do. IP assignment is part of every engagement — the system, code, and any custom work belongs to your business at handoff, not to us or the engineering team.
How do I know the price won't change halfway through?
Every engagement starts with a written scope document and a fixed price tied to it. If something outside that scope comes up, it's handled as a separate, pre-approved change order — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Will I be talking to a different person every time?
No. You have one point of contact for scoping, updates, and questions throughout the engagement — they coordinate with the engineering team on your behalf.
What happens after launch if something breaks?
We define support before launch. Depending on the system, that can mean a monthly maintenance plan for monitoring and fixes, or a broader optimization retainer for continued improvements. Either way, the scope and recurring cost are agreed in advance.
What if I'm not sure what I actually need yet?
That's normal — most people come to us with a symptom, not a spec. The scoping conversation is where we figure out the actual fix together.
