Noldmi Systems ("we," "us," "our") provides CRM, lead enrichment, sales automation, AI workflow, and business-systems services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

When you submit our diagnostic form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company name, email address, potential implementation budget, preferred date and time window, time zone, and the message you write.

We may also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your browser type, general location (derived from IP address), and pages viewed — this is standard hosting-level information, not information we actively track or profile you with.

03 How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a fit for your project
• Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement
• Improve this website and our services

We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

04 How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in limited circumstances:

• With our website hosting and form-processing provider, Netlify, to receive and deliver your submission
• With our engineering delivery team, if and when it becomes relevant to scoping or delivering your project
• If required by law, or to protect our legal rights

05 Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

06 Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy to reflect that and, where required, request your consent.

07 Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@noldmisystems.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

08 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.

09 Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
